The Good Loaf Sourdough Bakery & Cafe located in Hargreaves Street Bendigo is open 6 days a week for breakfast, lunch and snacks. We are open at 7:00am from Monday to Friday and close at at 4:30pm (Thursdays close at 5:30pm due to the Farmer’s Market). We are open every Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
The Good Loaf Cafe inside Monash on Mercy Street Bendigo is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am until 4:00pm, and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm.
Both our cafe menus were developed with our delicious sourdough bread as the key ingredient in many dishes. Often, people who have experienced a low tolerance to gluten in the past find our bread easy to digest, as the low GI of sourdough is far more gentle.
We serve hot and cold breakfasts (we even make our own granola!), morning tea, delicious lunches and plenty to eat in or take with you. Everything on offer at our cafes is made fresh daily with a focus on healthy, real food. There are zero preservatives or additives in our menu items, and we also produce many seasonal dishes using local ingredients. Now you can indulge in a cakey treat and not feel guilty!
We cater for special dietary requirements including dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Our staff are well versed with product ingredients and are always happy to offer advice.
